A print reproduction of an acrylic painting made in 2025. Malckie's Mackerel was painted in the Strachurmore farm studio on the west coast of Scotland. The painting was inspired by the mackerel pulled out of Loch Fyne by Big Malckie, who always cooked it to perfection over an open flame.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Print is shipped in thick cardboard tube in acid-free tissue paper, to uncurl upon arrival keep the print in the tissue as to not scratch or damage the ink, lay on hard flat surface and weigh down with another flat heavy item, best to face printed side down. Prints arrive unframed, to protect the artwork from scratches, dust and light it is recommended to frame the print behind glass.
